The Cancer Review of Systems was developed by Dede Hoffmann and Dr. Michael Stachiw as an aid to patients and Doctors fighting cancer. Since this project started, Dede died on April 24, 2015 as a result of a re-occurrence of breast cancer that took over her entire body. In honor of Dede’s commitment to fighting this disease we continued the development and deployment of this tool. Systems covered include:
